TECH Clean California, start to finish
TECH Clean California is the state's heat pump program, run for the CPUC and California's utilities. It has paid over $221 million in incentives. A new $40 million round is opening for San Fernando Valley homes affected by the Aliso Canyon gas leak.
We check your ZIP, home and income tier, reserve your incentive before work starts, and take it off your invoice as a discount. Then we install, permit and pass inspection, and TECH pays us directly.
